You need to remove yourself. Open one of the emails, go right to the
bottom of the page, click on "unsubscribe".

Thanks for the tip Brian about not deleting the event on the wrong person
before pasting it on the correct person. I might have deleted while I was
still in the wrong person thinking I was being efficent then move on to the
correct person.
