Ron was referring to the fact that .jpg's can lose information if they
are simply opened AND THEN re-saved. See "lossy" vs. "lossless".

It is probably a good idea to store the master copy of an image in a
"lossless" format somewhere outside of your Legacy Pictures folder. Then
use a format with better compression for the picture that Legacy uses.
