This is a known issue that has already been entered into our bug tracking system and assigned to a programmer to fix.

For instance, with the 1930 Census, the last field showing is Dwelling no. You have to scroll down before using the tab key to enter the family no. If you tab without scrolling, you are typing the family number into the surety level.
