Just me but I would use the name that is in use in their country and
use the House name in the surname field.
Henry VIII is Henry GKaiser Wilhelm is Wilhelm etc. and I would put
the numbering in the suffix field and I might add it to the first name
field, belt and braces G

One of the great things about Legacy is that you can enter 99 alternate names.
If you choose to have them displayed in the Index or Name List, they will
appear with a squiggle before the name. That enables you to have all the
kings/counts/etc. of an area listed in addition to having all the
I use the house names all the time. People in the past had naming systems which
were never meant to serve in the computer age. The adjustment I made was using
the 'house' names as surnames. Reports can be 'fixed' to show only the desired
parts of a person's name.
