Pictlist.dbm file makes logical sense, but then that gives me a problem in that I have my database and media files on a USB memory stick so that I can use Legacy on my desktop and netbook. The problem I have is that on one computer some pictures are shown with a + and others with a - and on the

Following on from Mikes example.. I only have one picture called grandpa.bmp available to any and everything this is located in folder Z:mediagrandpa.bmp. When I look at grandpa in Legacy on desktop in the picture centre it shows a ' + ' next to grandpa.bmp and gives the correct location of

Hi Jo, This information as far as I know comes from the PicList.dbm file in the folder with the pictures. It also holds the caption information you have added from the Picture Centre. I think it only applies to pictures that have been attached through the Picture Centre but I could be wrong. I
