Hi Linda, I just looked at the 'bits and pieces' of my legacy file that live in my dropbox - There is a file with the extension 'hdb' In one of my backup files it is smaller than a newer one in which I have increased the # of hashtags I am using. This might be the file you are missing.

Denise, The source text in all sources Basic and SourceWriter are allowed to contain 1,000,000 characters. You may be confusing the "Source text" with the Source detail field which is limited to 255 Characters or the Publication Facts field which is limited to 248 characters. Long citations

Larry, Have you updated to the latest version? Has Windows updated? There was a problem with right click menus with the Win 10 Creators Update but updates have been released that seemed to fix them. Perhaps that's the problem or you've uncovered another issue. If so, contact support.
