Have you updated Legacy? There was a problem like this a while back with
newly added people.
Have you restarted your computer again. Sometimes a Windows update
doesn't bed in properly before another restart.
Have you run File > File Maintenance> Check/Repair in Legacy?

Just checked, had a Microsoft update today and checked Office 365 for updates.
Download and installed all Microsoft and Office 365 updates. Restarted Windows
etc.
No change – problem only affects the three latest added individuals on
“Individuals” tab and reluctant to add more until
