I think this can only be changed in the Marriage/Relationship Information window for each listing you want to change (i.e., there is no "global" setting for this that I know of). With the appropriate Family tab opened, click the Marriage Events button (screen center - righthand side), then

Is there a way to suppress (remove) blank spaces in reports? Specifically, I'm printing a Name List (Index) Report, and for every listing that lacks birth and death dates, it prints thusly: John DOE ( - ) Is there a way to eliminate the blanks where there is no data present? Thanks,
