[LegacyUG] To Do list for a certain cemetery

2013-07-19 Thread Gary Boughton
Hi,

I have each cemetery setup as a Master Source. I would like add a To-Do
for each individual that I need a gravestone photo for in a particular
cemetery. What is the best way to set this up??

Ultimately it would be nice to plan a trip to include all the cemeteries
that have individuals I would like to photograph. Any Ideas?

Thanks so much for any ideas,

Gary Boughton

Gary,

I would just add an event called tombstone to each person
Put the cemetery name in the location field
Put Missing in the description field

Then just do a search for that event name and location and create a printed
report.
(Remember to add the spouses name as one of the items in your report so
that you can see that when you print your list because cemetery stones
rarely have maiden names. )

After you have taken the photos, you can attach the pic to that event and
remove the Missing text from the description field and
you have saved keystrokes for both adding the photo and removing the 'to-do

But I am sure you will get several suggestions, one hopefully will work
best for you.
