In your own database, you can pretty easily standardize your locations by clicking on view, then master lists, then location. In this screen, you can sort, check for spelling errors, and standardize your locations however you choose. If you select a location, then click on edit, you can also

This is such a hot topic! If you are trying to conform to FHL standards then Duvall, King, Washington, United States You can contract your locations to get rid of the word COUNTY in all of your entries. While on the Master Location List page Go to OPTIONS Then EXPAND/CONTRACT LOCATION PARTS

Bill, The correct entry is: Duvall, King, Washington, United States county should be added only if you don't know the town, i.e.,: , King county, Washington, United States United States is the format the LDS church uses - not USA. Abbreviations should be avoided to prevent confusion. I live
