That didn't format right! I am resending in plain text.
Here are how mine are organized
Census Records - Federal - GA - Columbia Co - 1840
Census Records - Federal - GA - Columbia Co - 1850
Census Records - Federal - GA - Richmond Co - 1850
Census Records - Federal - MS - Forrest Co - 1910
Census Records - Federal - MS - Lamar Co - 1910
Census Records - Federal - MS - Lamar Co - 1920
Census Records - Federal - MS - Marion Co - 1820
Census Records - Federal - MS - Marion Co - 1830
They are in alphabetical order by state, then by county, and then by year. It
is very easy for me to find the right census. I would be scared to guess how
many I have in my list but certainly hundreds.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] 1930 US census
I have a related question to using SourceWriter for US Census data. If I use
the template as written, how do I differentiate between the source for San
Bernardino, California and the one for Renssalear, New York? Just curious as
to what others do.
My personal solution at this time is to name the source something like 1920 US
Census - New York. (Rendsalear). It's cumbersome, but I haven't come up with a
better option.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Tessa,
The SourceWriter templates do not have a place for the State and
County in the detail section. Do you enter the state and county as
part of the Jurisdiction City? If not where do you enter that information?
