The easiest thing to do is use the Source Clipboard. Set it up, and
then you can apply the same source citation to multiple items of data
across different people.

When you have cited the first item, such as the name, in the assigned sources
screen click on the two pages icon on the left to copy the source to the
clipboard and then highlight the next item and click on the - sign.
