Yup, you have to tag them one at a time. This would be a good suggestion, the ability to tag everyone in one of either file that are showing as a possible dup. Unfortunately a compare just shows you people who are possibly the same. As far as I know there's no way to tag them all at once so that you can then see who isn't tagged.
