I may be missing something, but I don't see where that will give me a list of 
NON-duplicates.  I have two files with over 4,000 people in each.  I think 
there may be about half-a-dozen entries which differ.  I didn't want to have to 
cycle through 4,000-odd entries looking for just half-a-dozen.

Yup, you have to tag them one at a time.  This would be a good suggestion, the 
ability to tag everyone in one of either file that are showing as a possible 
dup.

Unfortunately a compare just shows you people who are possibly the same. As far 
as I know there's no way to tag them all at once so that you can then see who 
isn't tagged.
