No, that's not the problem -- all the same file. And it's happened a dozen

Pat,

Check that you are not opening different files. They should be being 
saved with your family file.
See your Legacy Recent Family File list under the L top left corner if 
it's bigger than the Title bar, otherwise it's on the System Ribbon tab.
