I assume there's a bulging battery or something, because the screen is pushing out at the top of the phone. Phone still works, but touchscreen is acting up. Can usually get things to press as needed, but because of various pressure points, sometimes there are phantom presses, etc.
The phone is a 16gb model, 5s.
