Up for grabs is a 2008 17” MacBook Pro 4,1

2.5Ghz C2D processor, 4GB RAM, 250GB SSD, DVD/CD burner (SuperDrive)
Nvidia GeForce 8600m GT 512MB vRAM driving a BTO 1920X1200 17” display.
A OWC battery was added a year ago and now has 73cycles lasting me 3-4 hours
running OS X 10.11 El Capitan.

Overall this is in decent shape, considering its age it is exceptionally nice.
The screen is the best available for this model, it is clear and bright.
Sensors keep the backlight on the screen and the keyboard backlight at a
consistent brightness relative to ambient.

The built-in camera works well as does the SuperDrive which was used a few
months ago to burn a CD. The key all work as expected and it is a nice keyboard
for typing. Trackpad is small compared to new offerings, but multitouch
gestures, clicking and swiping work as expected.

It does have a few scratches, the feet are missing, but no discernible dents.
The white Apple behind the window on the lid has come loose and floats around a
bit. The screen stays where it is put, but the hinges are getting a bit loose.
It will ship with a mag-safe power adaptor via insured priority mail from 56082.

Asking $200.00, considering offers. Payment via Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, money
order. Ask if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks for your time and have a nice weekend.
