Greetings all, I have for sale a Digidesign 003R+ rack mount audio interface.This is the last and best of the DIGI line from Digidesign (before the company was bought out by Avid) and is the unit with eight upfront mic preset controls (this is NOT the DIGI 003, which had only channels 1-4 controls on the front panel). Its connection is via Firewire and is supported by as late as OS 10.13 (High Sierra), and by any Mac with a FW400 or FW800 port interface. If you are a ProTools user and still working on a Mac Pro 5,1, then this will be an excellent addition for you (Pro Tools 12.8 is the latest supported version, with PT 12.8.1 requiring Mohave and an unavailable updated driver for the unit). However, thanks to the DIGI driver for this 003+, you can use this as a stock OS audio I/O for GarageBand, Finale, Audacity, iTunes, Logic, YouTube playback, QuickTime, et. al. Unit will come with power cord, a FW 400 cable, FW 400->800 adapter cable, and a FW 400 mini (eLink) ->400 adapter cable (for PC use). I can email the new owner with weblink info for the Avid driver and manual. (note: Pro Tools is NOT included in this sale). The DIGI 003+ rack is still fetching $200+ prices on eBay and other gear swap lists - I am asking only $55.00 plus shipping, with low price to assuage the shipping cost.
