Hi Graeme, I did a test with the names that you proposed and it seems that at least Darktable is able to do the match between the EXIF names and these ones. Thus it can auto detect the lens also with these names. What I used for testing is this as you suggested: Nikon AF-P DX Nikkor 10-20mm f/4.

Hi, Thanks for the report. It looks to me as though the extra bit at the end of the names in the database is wrong and should be removed to match what you're seeing. I'll have a look and see if I can understand why it's like it is, but I guess that changing the XML will be the right fix. Thanks,
