Outline-specific settings

Assume that an outline has a @settings node. When the outline is loaded, these settings are processed. I can choose any name for a setting, but I wonder what would happen if I choose an already existing name. Can leo provide some hints in such cases, so overwriting already existing settings won't

The same thing has bothered me in the past. I tried using the nicenosent plugin in several versions, but I think it had a conflict with another plugin I liked more. A while ago I was looking for something in the leo scripts file (scripts.leo or some such) and found an @button script for cleaning
