Missing files when opening outline leoPyRef.leo

Hello Edward & Leo Community, I have installed Leo into a virtual environment - and - opened the outline leoPyRef.leo using File >> Open Leo Files >> leoPy.leo The outline opens (after quite some time) in a new tab - and - the log pane reports the following missing files: Leo Log Window Leo
