Leo's to-do list for 4.10 final Please review

Leo's to-do list, (in leoToDo.txt leoToDoLater.txt, accessible using leoPy.leo) now emphasizes getting Leo 4.10 out the door asap. In particular, many items are now nominally scheduled for 4.10.1 rather than for this release cycle. There is plenty of time for adjustments. Please review
