Yeah, USER env var is enough for leoid and L
I've installed leo on Windows two or three times. Before leo had a qt
GUI. I saw that tk dialog during the first startup asking for an ID. I
never understood what's its purpose (since I was never asked to enter
that ID again), mainly because I didn't care too much about it.
