I think it's very useful, given the problems with commenting based
solutions (@doc and the non-nesting nature of comments in some
languages).

But it can only work in files which store all the information in
the .leo file, like @nosent and @file.

Currently I think @ignore works in @nosent but not @file.  But I hadn't
spotted the wrinkle that it needs to be in an @others tree.
