I don't understand these key binding issues, but I have noticed that
using the Dvorak keyboard I don't get ctrl keys to work right. When
I type ctrl R, leo thinks it's ctrl O (when I type R in dvorak I'm
hitting the O key on the querty keyboard). I'm using version 4.4.6
and it only noticed

that's a good thing: it may be time to try some new things.
