Heh.  The @command git-diff node exists only in my local leoPy.leo file, so 
the git-diff command does not exist on master.  That's good, because there 
are many bugs that could corrupt the outline.

This and several other bugs have been fixed.  However, the git-diff command 
should still be considered dangerous.

In retrospect, this work should have been done in a separate git branch.  I 
may still do that.
