I'm answering my own question in case someone else ends here: my "solution" was removing /tools/* and starting over. I suppose I made a mistake somewhere in chapter five. Also, I forgot to link sh to /bin/bash (it pointed to /bin/dash). Anyway, everything goes well, at least for now. On 14 Janua
