[lfs-support] how to build newer glibc without root account?

hi all I am not sure whether this question is suitable here or not. sorry if not. I have some binary application which need glibc at least 2.4 but my linux box is 2.3.4. I don't have root acount. is there any method to install a newer glibc in my home directory and use some tricky to
