I looked around on the sourceforge site for adding svn pre-commit
hooks to help with the whitespace enforcement policy.
I found several tickets on the topic, but they all seem to just get
turned into a "Request for Enhancement".

We just noticed the whitespace commit. Where you able to get a hook into place
to stop future whitespace commits? If not are their plans to do so? I'd be
happy to share my hook with you if you'd like. Also Derek mentioned that we

OK, yes, I get the same error.
When I was making the changes I was using "make run_examples" in
$LIBMESH_DIR to test everything, and that is working for me.
