The folks at TACC are competing in the student cluster competition at
Supercomputing this year.
They are using the Intel 14 compilers, and some library which uses
libmesh. It would be good if we could help them out...

If it doesn't work out of the box, it should just require a minor update in
m4/compiler.m4 to recognize 14 as a valid version string.
