[Libreoffice-qa] LibreOffice BSA

2013-12-07 Thread Jean Spiteri
I have done some updated to the BSA fork I have on my Github. Can any one
check whether it's working properly and any problems he may have since I'm
not really experienced with JQuery? Any feedback, please send it to me.

Sincerely,
Jean Spiteri.

[Libreoffice-qa] Updates to the BSA

2013-11-03 Thread Jean Spiteri
I am currently working on a big update for the LibreOffice BSA which includes
re-engineered sign in button and log out functionality. In my opinion, the
Log out button should be on the side as a green link between the steps and
the legal notice. What do you think? Also, do you think the BSA should throw
up a success message if the user is logged out (The BSA already redirects
the user to the sign in screen)? Thanks.

[Libreoffice-qa] BSA

2013-09-21 Thread Jean Spiteri
I am working on an update for the LibreOffice Bug Submission Assistant. As
you know, I need to test the update to be sure it works good. I have
already contacted Rob Snelders about this and he checked it out and
recommended that I set up a provisional one to check for some errors I got
in the code. Can someone tell me how can I install this? Thanks.

[Libreoffice-qa] Fwd: Bug submission Assistant

2013-07-03 Thread Jean Spiteri
Can anyone tell me the database schema of the 'versions' table of our
Bugzilla? I am investigating whether I can stretch my skills to do it.
Also, where can I make a new query to get the 'inactive' status of each
version?

Sincerely,
Jean Spiteri. *

 Hi Jean,

You can't really create a VM. That is a problem at the moment.

The pages [1] and [2] have information how the BSA works. Please
remember that some information is old and needs to be revised.

If you use [3] then you can different parts of the page and how they
work. That you can also run on a local build. That is the most that
 you can work.

The were also unit-tests at [4] but they broke a long while ago and
still need fixing. But I never really looked into that.

Hopefully this gives more background. Please let me know when you have
 more questions.

The processed version #s are formatted and then saved in
version.xhtml. They are slurped from the query.cgi page that is
downloaded using curl in the Makefile.

  Does that help?

 Hi Jean,

First I have send this to the QA-list as all these kind of questions
about the BSA should be asked. Can you please CC it to the QA next
time? Then they know also what is going on.
I BCC'ed you this time as I don't know if you want your email-address
 known on the WWW.

It is great that you want to work on it and I´ll look forward to any
patches. If you have any more questions please ask.

So: If someone has a patch for the gerrit theming -- awesome. If someone

Also: The website team is in need of more people helping out with the
