tdf#145728 Update UI Strings about QR and Barcode

In commit d37a44a9ebdafec1435f98194417a1d8cc8208b5 (tdf#141193 Added
support for bar codes in qrcode dialog box[API Change], 2021-10-29)
which added support for one-dimensional "CODE_128" barcode in addition
to the previously supported 2D QR code, the various labels and tooltips
in UI were not fully updated accordingly.

This commit should update all QR and barcode related UI strings to match
the new status, mentioning both "QR and barcode" where emphasis or
detail is desired, and just "code(s)" where brevity is desired. Also
use one-word "barcode" instead of "bar code" everywhere for consistency.

CSV import dialog: fix tooltip for "Evaluate formulas" option

This option was added in commit 4c29c2bfab18b25229e0bc71014fd2ca42ec5bff
with appropriate label and extended tooltip, but the (regular) tooltip
seems to be just copy-and-pasted from "Skip empty cells" option and not
changed to fit the new option.

Formatting
refers to the visual layout of text using a word-processing or DTP program.
This includes defining the paper format, page borders, fonts and font effects,
as well as indents and spacing. You can format text directly or with Styles
provided by $[officename].

+
+Half-width and Full-width
Characters
+Half-width and full-width are properties used to
differentiate characters used by some East Asian languages and scripts, mainly
Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK).
+The Han characters, Hiragana and Katakana
characters, as well as Hangul characters used by these scripts are usually of
square shape, and on fixed-width (monospace) display they occupy space of two
Latin/ASCII characters. They are therefore called full-width characters, while
the letters in Latin alphabet, digits, and punctuation marks included in ASCII
character set are called half-width characters.
+For historical reasons, a set of square-shaped Latin
letters, digits, and punctuation marks are also defined and used in CJK
typography, in addition to or in place of their half-width counterparts. They
are called full-width forms. Similarly, there are also half-width forms of the
usually full-width Katakanas and Hangul Jamos, and they have narrower shapes
instead of square ones. A character's half-width and full-width forms are
essentially two ways of writing the same character, just like uppercase and
lowercase forms of Latin alphabet. $[officename] supports conversion between
half-width and full-width, as well as ignoring width difference when matching
text strings.

Tip-of-the-day: improve a tip and add link (related to tdf#139533)

This was changed in
commit a182dea0413c467b834f206f9cb91dc3f56acd35
tdf#139533 re-word a tip of the day
and "You can" was added to the beginning of all sentences that start
with "Create...". However this particular one is phrased as a question,
and "You can create...?" is obviously grammatically incorrect.

Fix this by combining the two sentences of the tip into one, and drop
the unnecessary and inaccurate note in parentheses.

Also add a link to the help page about creating master document.

UI Selection dialog: reword UI description

The description of Groupedbar Compact variant starts with a general
description about both Groupedbar UI variants (the compact variant and
the full variant), then specify what is special about the compact
variant. Therefore it should starts with "The Groupedbar interface
provides...", just like the description of Groupedbar Full variant in
the previous line.

tdf#127611 Hardcode mnemonic key for "Hidden" checkbox

In "Font Effects" tab of the welded Character Format dialog, all
mnemonics (keyboard accelerators) are automatically generated, except
the four buttons "Help", "Reset", "OK", and "Cancle" at the bottom.
Unfortunately the current mnemonic generation mechanism doesn't consider
these buttons and assign H for "_Hidden", and clashes with "_Help" which
also uses H.

Ideally the mnemonic generation mechanism should be fixed to consider
other parts of a welded UI. Meanwhile this commit provides a workaround
by hardcoding "Hi_dden" to use D as mnemonic.

tdf#127401 Fix release notes URL for simplified Chinese (zh-CN) UI

Use getBcp47() instead of getLanguage() to construct release notes URL
for About dialog, just like what commit

Should also affect other locales using ll-CC style wiki notation with
both language and country codes, like pt-BR.

tdf#127401 Fix release notes URL for simplified Chinese (zh-CN) UI

Use getBcp47() instead of getLanguage() to construct release notes URL
for About dialog, just like what commit
787647b488d02be2acbbad4fa7873508dcb926c2 did for WhatsNew infobar.

Should also affect other locales using ll-CC style wiki notation with
both language and country codes, like pt-BR.

tdf#132938 Add glyphs U+F030-U+F039 to OpenSymbol

Add glyphs U+F030-U+F039 (in Private Use Area) as references to
U+0030-U+0039 (digits 0-9), because font Symbol.ttf has these glyphs and
they are necessary for compatibility with MS Office file formats.

Resolves tdf#132479: Rename "equal triangle" to "regular triangle"

"Equal triangle" is not a correct English term, as people use "regular
triangle" or "equilateral triangle".

Technically this is not a true regular triangle (i.e. equilateral and
equiangular), but an isosceles triangle with equal width and height.
For the name of an animation path there is no need for too much detail
though, and "regular triangle" is close enough.

Rearrange mnemonic keys in Export as PDF dialog

While fixing tdf#133403, commit c42dc1be0c3161e621ed0a667ae6b047f8bb23d4
also introduced new mnemonic keys that clash with existing ones.

This patch rearrange those newly introduced mnemonics (O for outlines)
as well as others so that there are no double-used keys.
