Back in the days (LO 3.5.6) we had the same problem using the xls file as
data source. It took xx minutes every time to get few docs generated from
the list. All ended when instead

Sure. Fork it from https://github.com/jdm/asknot, do LibreOffice version
using wiki links as resources, put it online at GitHub Pages and someone
definately will add "I Like it!".

This proposal seems do not take into account Priority and Severity
combinations and IMHO is not possible
