If this (Cmd+mnemonic) is a standard behavior on macOS, this is an own bug, and
not a dupe for an issue on another OS (even if caused by the same commit).
Needs investigating and resolving on per-OS

Same issue is present in LO Calc 7.4.3 on Mac Intel and Mac Silicon
architecture.
If I revert back to release 7.4.2, shortcut keys in dialog box works again.
