Screenshot of Format-Cell dialog
In version 5.1.1 it was still possible to rotate text of a cell, but starting
with with version 5.1.2 and remaining in version 5.1.3 (the last released
version) this is not possible anymore.
I've attached a (German) screenshot "Calc_Format_Cell.png" which shows the
problem in the format cell dialog and the spreadsheet.
