when I was open a CSV file with calc ( even I save as ODS ) and I use a date
function refering a date cell, the CALC don't treat my formula as a formula. It
shows the same text I have entered. exemple: a2: 30/01/2016 b2:=dia(a2).
expected:
a2: 30/01/2016 b2:30
shows:
a2: 30/01/2016 b2:=dia(a2)

using PT-BR libreoffice and PT-BR Win 7.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a csv file whith a field date with calc
2. insert a cell after the field
3. insert a formula =dia(<cell date>)
Actual Results:  
a2: 30/01/2016 b2:=dia(a2)

Expected Results:  
a2: 30/01/2016 b2:30
