First row of spreadsheet is frozen.
It has comments on multiple cells, comments are 20-40 words long
the comments does not show propely omst of the time, after several mouseover ,
they may show.
Editing them is limited to the frozen cell, and impossible.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.freeze first row(s)
2.add a comment that spans well below frozen row(s)
3.try to edit it.
