Test sample with text-grid set to lines-and-chars
1. Open the test sample in attached zip file. Both enabled text grid, one uses
square page mode and the other doesn't.
2. Use left / right key to move the cursor, sometimes the cursor isn't placed
between two characters.
3. Place the cursor between 6th and 7th characters, immediately before
full-width comma (，), and type something, the inserted characters show up
between 4th and 5th characters.
