Hello,
I am uday parikh. Here, I am getting issue with the LibreOffice(Calc) that When
I am merging the cells and giving border at that time for couple of moment it
will displayed that it has applied Border and instantly after couple of moment
it will passed away.
It's kinda sucks to me since two days, such a bad experience.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.It should be happened while user is using it.
2.It should be properly working.
3.It should be more user friendly.

User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
