When clicking on an element in the Navigator, the Navigation toolbar pops up
and its back and forth buttons dont seem to work correctly, so i'd prefer that
this toolbar not appear and disrupt the position of the existing formatting
toolbar and preferably be completely removed if the functionality of the
buttons cant be clearly understood.
