I tried change proposed in comment 4 of `if (eStage == SECOND_INIT)` by Mike by
compiling libreoffice locally with lloconv.
But it doesn't solves the issue. It still leaves the temporary file behind.

I cannot run lloconv with current master (to try the suggestion in comment 4)

Hmm - so in Online it is necessary to initialize with the system temporary
paths, and then re-initialize that with new paths inside the chroot jail.

lloconv is just a minimal command-line wrapper around the LibreOfficeKit API -
it just calls documentLoad() then saveAs(). Any temporary files or directories
are being created by LibreOffice.
