FYI, this bug is reported as first seen in 6.3.2.2. But this may be an issue
that's much older from the OpenOffice code.

Confirm this is a bug. Using 7.4.1.2 on Windows 10 x64 22H2.
It's irritating that you can't paste an image from your clipboard into a
content frame.
