Description:
Document get corrupted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. save;
2. remove document's two first rows:
3. modify style Title_2 – Modify | OUtline & Numbering | |Edit styles...
Customize, at section Before chance 'Osa ' to 'Part ' then save.

According to supplied png samples, starting in Navigator view from
Libreoffice_Writer_6.3.2.2_1
4. drag Heading 1.1 Linux between '1 Linux' ans 'Osa 3. Linux';
5. extend Header '1 Linux'.

Actual Results:
1. unable to achieve the oprattion.
2. failed:
3. able to modify. unable to achieve save oprattion;

Generally invoking operation save caused Writer yo become unresponsive; its
process had to be killed.

4. see Libreoffice_Writer_6.3.2.2_2; 'Osa 3. Linux' disappeared;
5. see Libreoffice_Writer_6.3.2.2_3; Headers which previously were not
displayed in document nor listed in Navigator are now.

Expected Results:
Avoid corruptions.
