Description:
every time i try to open libreoffice (base, calc, etc) an error appears:"Code
execution can't go on because icuuc61.dll is not found. To solve the problem,
try to reinstall program".
I've already tried to reinstall but the problem still remains.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open libreoffice
2.the error appears
3.
Actual Results:
the program doesn't start
Expected Results:
the program should open
Reproducible: Always
