If somebody can point me towards the codebase which handles these keyboard
shortcuts then I will attempt the fix and a pull request on my own. Waiting

My reply shows it is a real bug and that the person commenting (that it wasnt

(EXCEL is already bound to both key combinations for the same command. This
fix is simiply matching EXCEL and matching expected behavior from a user's
view.)
