3. Click on ToC item to highlight
4. Click the downward arrow to demote chapter X
5. Highlight moves to prior chapter
6. Need to select chapter X again
7. Click the downward arrow to demote chapter X
In the previous versions of Writer, the same chapter X stayed highlighted so
that you could execute a series of demotions of the same chapter without having
to execute step 6.
The way it is now, it is better to perform a cut and paste of a chapter (or
section and move it that way.
