Example document demonstrating the bug

A few times recently I noticed a paste producing multiple copies of the text
I'd pasted. I had assumed it was from accidentally typing two Ctrl-Vs to paste.
Today though I had four copies of the cut text appear and I'm quite sure it was
from a single paste.
Please see the attached document in which I reproduced the bug and also
recorded the steps to follow.
It occurs with Record Changes and Show Changes both turned on.
1) have a block of inserted text you've typed, around some older text (that's
not a section of inserted or deleted text),
2) delete some of the older text
3) type some more text into the new section that follows the older text
4) Cut the last text just typed
5) Undo until you have removed all the new text typed after the older text that
you deleted (and which was marked as deleted)
6) Undo once more so the older text is no longer deleted, but still selected
7) Paste the Cut text.
Result:
The cut text appears multiple times (usually two, but on one occasion four
copies).
Expected result:
The cut text appears once.

Please see attached example document.
