Description:
UI: Anchor position icon isn't corrected if for zoom
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Select the image
3. For me the anchor is off page, so press arrow left/or right/ or up/ or down
to correct
4. CTRL+scroll wheel. notice the anchor being off again
Actual Results:
Anchor off after zoom
Expected Results:
Anchor should be at the right place
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
