PP works in the same way as Impress. You can use different master slides, of
course.
The request was to make it possible to add random variable fields, which is not

I would agree with @hunhunhun in PowerPoint you can easily use different master
slides and design for each so called layout master, where you can make presets,
can write texts and design own
