1. Put breakpoints to ctors and dtors of
- FirebirdDriver,
- OSDBCDriverManager,
- OPoolCollection
2. Open attachment 174687 and navigate to Tables
- see that the ctors get called
3. Close LibreOffice
- see that dtors don't get called
=> one consequence is that temporary directories are kept on disk
Tested with 7.2.1.1 and current master on Windows.
