https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?lang=en-GB&version=7.2.1&pk_campaign=update
Press "DOWNLOAD VERSION 7.2.1" button
I'm in Russia, so it goes to (NOTE -- WITH httpS)
https://libreoffice-mirror.rbc.ru/pub/libreoffice/libreoffice/stable/7.2.1/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_7.2.1_Win_x64.msi
 
But server refuses to give secured connection, with "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
If we replace "https" with "http", site response good.
But I'm afraid it's no secure, like someone can drop fake malicious installer
there?
Not sure about "Component" selected most related to problem.

I managed to get the file, but it can be frustrating for Russian users who
trying to upgrade.
